• Provide feedback on viewings
• Carry out referencing on any prospective tenants, using a referencing agency to provide credit checks, employer/accountant and landlord references
• Prepare the Tenancy Agreement
• Collect the bond and first month’s rent
• Set up a standing order for ongoing rent
• Prepare a statement of account
• Move in tenant
• Transfer balance of monies to landlord’s account
